Curtis Didato helps individuals create paths to achieve their potential. There is no one-sized-fits all model for growth which means every person's path will be unique. Curtis works with individuals to address all the layers that impact their outlook and decision-making which include individual identity, past experiences, holistic health (physical, mental, financial, spiritual), future expectations, motivators, and individual purpose in life. Through this holistic approach, individuals can then identify the roadblocks getting in the way of their growth to then break those barriers down.

Curtis provides 1 on 1 personal coaching and group training sessions on topics including employee engagement, mental health, understanding how past experiences impact expectations for the future, boundaries & healthy relationships, growth mindsets, and identity.

Curtis loves seeing people succeed and grow not just in their professional careers, but in their personal lives as well. He is focused on holistic growth as wins and struggles aren't conveniently compartmentalized just to work or life.

Curtis understands his purpose is to help others align with their purpose. Understanding purpose is a complex ecosystem, which first starts at understanding who people are as individuals. As pursuing purpose is a life-long adventure, Curtis is driven to build long-term, collaborative relationships.

Curtis earned his undergraduate degree in Adolescent Social Studies Education from Miami University, his MBA from Ohio University, and holds a SHRM-SCP designation.
